Welcome To LINKS
LINKS is an elective course offered at Lapeer West High School. It provides the opportunity for students to “link” with a student with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in order to foster socialization and independence. The LINK is in the class with the student with ASD 4 out of 5 school days. On Thursdays, the LINKS students complete educational modules enhancing their knowledge of ASD. The LINKS students are also required to blog about their experiences.
